The breakfast offered a wide selection, including waffles and eggs, which were a nice touch. However, the air conditioning struggled to cool the living area effectively, and the hot tub was disappointingly cold. The room needed attention. there were water stains on the ceiling and the pullout couch was in poor condition, with stained sheets. Overall, the stay was mixed with some positives overshadowed by maintenance issues.

great access to attractions and dining in san antonio
We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful san antonio botanical gardens only about 6 km away and enjoyed grabbing some delicious tacos just a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to dive right into the city's vibrant culture. perfect for family weekend getaways, but the parking lot could use better management.

I had a good time at this hotel, especially enjoying the amazing breakfast options and the outdoor jacuzzi. After a long day, relaxing by the pool was just what I needed. The bathroom could use some updating, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

The location was fantastic, and we had a great time exploring the Alamodome. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and the staff made our stay pleasant, especially with three young kids running around. Everyone was friendly and helpful during our two-night stay.
My kids wished for more breakfast options. It would be great if they offered more kid-friendly food choices.

I had a decent stay at Quality in San Antonio. The room was spacious, smelled fresh, and felt comfortable. Staff members at the front desk were consistently helpful, addressing my requests promptly. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast selection. they kept things well stocked with hot items and fresh fruit. However, the elevator situation was a headache. It broke down while we were there, which caused delays getting to and from our floor. One of the bathrooms needed attention. the tub had some stains and the drain looked worn. I appreciate the proximity to local attractions, but parking felt a bit cramped at times. Overall, a good stay if you're looking for value, but some areas certainly require attention.

Good stay with some quirks
Checked in online, super easy. The room was clean but the living room got super hot since the AC didn't work well. Had a little issue with a phone, but the staff fixed it right away. Breakfast was decent and there’s a nice picnic area outside. Just be ready for some early train noise in the morning!

Spacious rooms and helpful staff
I enjoyed the spacious King Suite, which was perfect for my family. The mini-fridge was handy, and the breakfast options were satisfactory, especially the scrambled eggs and sausage. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved, as I noticed issues with the carpets and general tidiness during my stay.
